This Wednesday we are off to do a good deed by having a bottle drive to support the Arthritis Society. Our own Solid Rock leader Melissa Harwood is running a marathon to help raise money and we're jumping in to help too.
The cafe doors open at 6:30, things get started at 7 and we'll get in groups and head out to different parts of Charlottetown to collect bottles. We'll only be out for an hour but make sure to dress warm and wear some sneakers.
Many thanx to those who helped out with our first Clothing Depot of the season on Sunday afternoon. What a crowd, what a great time, and what a help!

James, I'm not against the words power or boss, but you can't "power boss" someone else. If you step back and think about "Power Bossing" and "Borking" it's actually saying "You've been told!" and "we think you suck!". I personally find those types of comments rude and judgemental. Sometimes it's funny but with the amount of "power bossing" and "borking" that has been going on lately it's starting to not be. We want this website to a place where anyone can feel free to comment. If someone new makes a comment and they are "borked" or someone "power bosses" them I don't think they'd see this as a warm and friendly place. On top of all of this, jokes, when written in text, aren't always understood to be jokes. We want to make sure that no one's feelings get hurt. Clear as mud?

Since we no longer have the main site to flood with conversation, I think our banter should be redirected to a forum.
