MXC Retreat Pics Are In the Gallery!
This Week Of Rock
This Wednesday night in the cafe were having some MXC highlights, some great teaching by Professor Dennis, and all the usual craziness that we are famous for. Doors open at 6:30 and the real action begins at 7pm.
On Wednesday we're also going to see the latest Solid Rock T-Shirt design from our very own Banana Productions. Who is Banana Productions and what is their plans for our planet? Well, come out on Wednesday night to see for yourself.
We're also having another Formosa Friday at 11:30 at the famous Formosa Tea House. (it's an official food sponsor of the Solid Rock Youth). The Tea House is located on Prince St. one block down from the church. Bring cash, order off the menu and have a good time. After lunch your all invited down to the Solid Rock cafe for an afternoon matinee of the movie Batman Begins (a personal movie hero of Dennis and Chris). Movie begins at 1pm so come along, and bring some snacks!

New mysolidrock.com!
Hey Solid Rockers, welcome to the new mysolidrock.com! Things look a little different around here, and will continue to change over the next couple of weeks. We’ve moved the website, and are in the midst of making some pretty major changes.
Things should still work pretty much the same as they did before, except on this new site, you wont have to register an account to post comments, just reply to a comment and add your info then.
We’re also almost ready to get some great Solid Rock pictures up in our new photo gallery, which should be online by next week!
Stay tuned for more changes.

Rockin' For Relief Tonight!
Join us tonight Sept. 30 at 7pm at First Baptist for our Rockin’ For Relief concert with Three Season Ant.
It’s our way of supporting the needs of families suffering from the Hurricane Katrina disaster and to help Pastor John from Springfield Louisiana do the awesome work he is doing to help.
Cost at the door is $5 and bring along some extra cash for the bake sale. All money raised is going to the relief fund.
Three Season Ant is a great band from New Brunswick who have performed at Springforth and our own Souled Out. This is their only Island concert.
So bring some friends, listen to a great band and let’s do some good for the people in real need!

Here’s how it’s going to work:
