Hey Solid Rockers! This week (May 21)we're back at the church instead of outdoors raking people's yards.
The weather sounds bad for outdoor stuff so we're staying inside and next week (May 28)we'll need your rakes for some outdoor work.
See ya tomorrow night, same time, same place!

Hello there young Canadians! This week we're having another split night where the guys and girls separate for their own thing.
The girls thing is to meet at the church at the regular time for a "girls night in". (that's all I'm being told about it)
The guys are having a "wild game, wild game" night at the Austins. (12 Wendy Dr...connects Queen and Kirkwood)Be prepared to play a wild game then cook some wild game.(exciting stuff!)
Spaces on the bus for Mudblast are filling up very fast (maybe 5 spaces left) so get your forms and $5 deposit in this week. (the additional $65 can be paid by May 28)
Have a great week and see you tomorrow!

It's a crazy quiet week in the SRY this week.
There is no SRY this Wednesday as almost ever single leader is away (we didn't even plan it this way!) We'll see you all next Wednesday May 7!

Hope you're all totally recovered from your special "smoothies" last week. There's nothing like pickles/cheese popcorn/spam/cucumber shakes to help you appreciate Mom's cooking!
This week we're working off the calories with our "in town scavenger hunt". Dress for the urban outdoors and get ready to compete against fellow Solid Rockers.
Friday night it's the Solid Rock Cafe from 6-midnight with musical guests, fine dining and good people.
See ya on Wednesday and "Rock Band" is in the Sr. High room this week.

Hey there Solid Rockers. Just an update about what is happening for this week.
On Wednesday night were back at it with teaching from Karen/Sharon and some rather unusual "Fear Factor" games...remember Fear Factor?
Hope you got out to the Song Writer's Circle (SR Cafe) on Saturday night. Awesome music!
Many thanx to Michele's Life 2gther Group for making up and passing along the gift bags for our hard studying Solid Rock Alumni. (best wishes with the exams!)
Make sure to keep May 29-June 1 open for our amazing end of year retreat at Camp Wildwood in NB. Always the best of times!

Hey gang! (we're a gang in the good sense of the word...a nice gang... that loves God and loves others...the way all gangs should be)
Great teaching last week. Awesome God, awesome love! Also we had a great Friday Night Jr. High Lock-In. Great group, great food and hey Amber won the door prize!
On Wednesday night we're back in the Cafe for a teaching night featuring Chris with the Jr. High and Dan/Becky with the Sr. High.
On Saturday night we're up to something completely different. The crew that brings you the Solid Rock Cafe are having a Songwriter's Circle on Saturday night (yes Saturday). The exact time isn't up yet but I'll post more details if you keep this Saturday night open.
See ya on Wednesday!
